This Simi Valley backyard received a complete refresh with a durable, decorative concrete patio and a bright, low-maintenance pergola. The goal was to create a shaded outdoor lounge that feels open and inviting while standing up to year-round SoCal sun.
We formed and poured a reinforced slab and finished it with a clean, patterned design to add visual interest and traction. A white-roof pergola on precast columns introduces shade and architectural character, while the column bases echo the patio’s geometry for a cohesive look. The project included grading for proper drainage, precise column footings, and clean transitions to the existing landscape—delivered on schedule and ready for furniture the same week.
